Yes. In Expenses, choose Add expense and Scan a bill. With the AI connection enabled, a JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF up to 8 MB can fill in the supplier, description, date, total, GST and suggested category. The original document is attached to the expense. Review and correct the fields before saving; scanning does not establish tax deductibility.

After an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, the owner can request an AI draft using invoice details, earlier reminder records and recent correspondence recorded in LensInvoice. You review and edit the draft, then explicitly approve sending. The daily reminder job can notify you in the app when an invoice needs review. AI does not send stronger messages or add fees on its own.

Standard reminders follow the business’s settings; Dreamlab uses 7 and 14 days overdue. Later follow-ups require owner approval. Fully paid or cancelled invoices, invoices with no outstanding balance, and paused invoices are excluded. Changes to the invoice invalidate earlier drafts. An email already handed to the delivery provider cannot be recalled.

The client can use Send payment query on the invoice payment page. A query or dispute creates an in-app notification and pauses chasing for owner review. Ordinary email inbox replies are not automatically imported: record the reply in Payment follow-up to pause reminders. Browser push notifications are not enabled for this workflow.

For a new, unsent AUD invoice, you can record evidence that the client agreed to the fee before work began. Once the invoice is more than 28 days overdue, you may approve one AUD $15 fee and confirm its tax treatment. It is not charged at every reminder, cannot be applied twice, and can be waived if wholly unpaid. Paused or settled invoices are excluded. Confirm that the agreed fee and tax treatment are appropriate before using it.

No LensInvoice commission or separate AI follow-up charge is currently enabled. The one-time AUD $15 client late fee is separate from the planned AUD $15 monthly Starter subscription. Final subscription inclusions and any future AI pricing will be disclosed before charging.

Yes. You can describe content deliverables and include tailored licence wording for the agreed channels, territory and duration. Confirm those terms with the brand before issuing the invoice; a template is not a substitute for legal advice.

Add your own bank-transfer details to your invoices and record payments when they arrive. Card payments for other creatives are still being worked on. Clients do not pay into Dreamlab’s Stripe account on your behalf.

The default workflow prepares a draft for you to check and send. Review each invoice’s dates, deliverables and payment details, and check that scheduled drafts appear when expected.

Invoice settings support GST exclusive, GST inclusive and no GST. Choose the setting appropriate to your registration and the sale. Your accountant can confirm the correct treatment for your business.

Neither. LensInvoice focuses on creative invoicing and licensing workflows. Keep your accounting and tax processes in place. AI payment follow-up drafts are available to account holders with an enabled AI connection. This is not insurance, a debt-recovery guarantee or automated legal action. Licence-expiry monitoring is not currently offered.
